I. RETURN POLICY
01. Incorrect Delivery
In the event that VTG Smart Hair delivers a product that does not match your order, please contact us immediately. We will proceed to check your order in our system. If the delivered order is incorrect, we will resend the correct product that you originally placed.
02. Defective Purchased Product
A. Identifying product defects
- Shedding by patches
- Shedding due to hair knots
- Torn base/mesh of the hair product
- Damaged and unusable cut
- Poor hygiene
B. Regarding product defects from the supplier
Requirements for product exchange:
- The product must remain intact, without any physical or chemical damage and impacts from components not provided by VTG Smart Hair.
- The purchased product must be verified as the correct product from VTG Smart Hair.
03. Not Satisfied with the Product
In case you have inspected the product but are not satisfied, you have the right to return the product, but the deposited amount will not be refunded.
II. RETURN PROCESS
Step 1: Please contact us via phone, email, or fill out the Contact Form.
Step 2: Send the product back to the provided address.
Step 3: Once we receive the product, we will proceed to inspect it according to your request. Based on that request, we will either initiate an exchange or a refund. The maximum processing time for a return request is 1 business day from the day we receive the returned product.
