Upon receiving an order, we will send the product to the shipping carrier, and their personnel will contact you to deliver the product to the address you provided. You will be able to inspect the product before making payment.

In case you are unable to receive the package immediately, please inform the postal personnel or contact VTG Smart Hair to arrange for a new delivery schedule. The order will be attempted for delivery up to 3 times, and if you still cannot receive it after 3 delivery attempts, the order will be returned to us.
